Returns:
In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any full priced item within 28 days of receipt. Any items purchased with a sale price or discount code should be returned within 7 days of receiving these goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return.

Unfortunately we currently cannot offer straight exchanges but only provide refunds.

As we do not offer free returns, please ensure that a tracking number is obtained from the post office as proof of return. This will allow you to make a claim should parcel not reach us. If your goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged please contact Shudoo first before taking action and we will help you deal with your return. If faulty, incorrect or damaged goods are sent without notifying Shudoo first, Shudoo cannot be held responsible for any delivery costs incurred, or any claims if the item isn't received.
