Shipping & payment:
Postage is included in the prices. They use Google Checkout for payment.
Return info:
The receipt that comes with your order must be returned with the product. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping items back. Items must be returned unused and within 30 days. If you would like to make an exchange you must do so by re-ordering online.
Delivery:
Orders are dispatched within three working days of receipt of payment. We send UK orders by Royal Mail, please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery. International orders are sent by Airmail, please allow 5 - 10 working days for delivery. Airmail has no tracking but we retain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office for all orders sent. If you need your purchase urgently we are probably not the best website to order from as we make products to order and when demand is very high it can result in delays. Making products to order enables us to offer lots of combinations of colours and fabrics and sizes but processing orders takes longer than if we offered one size fits all.
