Refunds
"If once you receive your product(s) and for any reason are unhappy then you can return them to us for a full refund (minus delivery costs). Our only stipulation is that the item(s) reach us unused, unopened and in saleable condition."
Returns
"You can return your products for a full refund (minus postage costs) if they are unopened and in a saleable condition to the address below.
Email us at returns@wantthelook.com and let us know what products you will be returning. Please ensure that the products are packaged safely and securely. Wantthelook.com cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged during the returns process. We therefore request that you ask for a Certificate of Posting when returning products by post.
Once we have received the items, a refund will be actioned within 14 days."
