Delivery:

Europe delivery costs £20 and Rest of the World delivery costs £30. The order is delivered normally within 10 working days (please note working days does not include weekends or bank holidays).

Returns:

"If you are unhappy with your purchase we will refund a product that is returned to us within 14 days of receipt, providing it is in a re-saleable condition.

In the interest of hygiene, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on swimwear, lingerie, pierced earrings, cosmetics and fragrances in the situations where your right to cancel does not apply.

If we find the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, including its packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the product, or deduct up to 20% off the original selling price from the refund amount."
