Artemide is probably one of the best known designer lighting manufacturer's in the world. Their Tolomeo models (in the picture) are hard to miss as they are widely used in TV series and movies. I myself have been a happy owner for years now. Like with many designer items, you can make a huge saving when buying online. This is true for Artemide also and I was actually able to get mine for half a price compared to Finnish retail prices.
Here's a few of my recommended online shops for those who are looking to buy Artemide's lighting solutions. There are many more but I hope these will get you started. I'll use regular sized Tolomeo Tavolo as a comparison for prices as it's the most common model.
Light11 is probably one of the biggest online retailers for Artemide in Europe. They're specialiced in lighting and also carry other brands including Flos and Bruck. But for Artemide fans this shop is heaven: different color, lamp and mounting variations of all the usual models.
Regular Tolomeo Tavolo is priced 199€ at Light11 with free shipping to the biggest European countries (others have to pay little extra, e.g. 9,50€ to Finland, as the limit for free shipping is higher). Since Light11 is purely a lighting retailer, they also have a good selection of light bulbs to go with your order.

AmbienteDirect is another well known online shop selling design items. They carry some lighting solutions, Artemide being one of them.
Regular Tolomeo Tavolo is priced at the same 199€ and shipping usually adds 5-7% extra for the price. Shipping charges for your country are displayed in the shopping basket once you add the products (no need to register).

Like Ambiente Direct, Nostraforma also sells large amounts of design items. Their lighting line covers more brands than the other two shops and the selection of Artemide models is quite good. Nostraforma sells Tolomeo at 199€ as well, but they offer free shipping for orders over 50€ or 150€ (depending on the destination) to the biggest European countries.

Recommendations for Artemide buyers
As the prices are nowadays pretty close to the same, one might need to consider the amount of shipping charges and selection when choosing the shop. If you're in the mood for more design, it might be good to go with Nostraforma or Light11 and make a bigger order to qualify for the free shipping.
And a extra tip: if you have more time, you might spot some nicely discounted lights at Ebay or Amazon from smaller retailers.
